Custom Orders:
All items can be customized to your liking. Personalized designs are made for each order. If no design is specified below or via email the item with remain blank upon pickup / delivery.
When describing your desired design or customization please make sure to use as many details as possible. Visit our Customs Page to check out available colors, fonts, materials and more. Be sure to include this in the field below.
If you have photos to use as reference please email them to ivorycraftco@gmail.com we will get back to you as soon as possible. We may reach out to you via email to discuss your design description.
Once the order is placed two mock designs will be sent via email to choose from. Once the design is confirmed the order will be completed within 5-10 business days. Some items may be be completed as soon as 2-3 days and a rush fee can be added to accommodate urgent orders. (Rush fee’s can be found in the shop) Please note some items will not be available for rush as stated in item description.
