SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically processes within 5-10 business days. Processing may take an additional 1-2 days during sales, holidays, etc. Please order accordingly.

Local porch pick up is available at our home everyday from 11am to 10pm. Please wait for a confirmation to be sent via email that your order is ready to be picked up. Once your email is received, your order will be packaged with your name labelled and put inside our pick up bin on the front porch. Orders not picked up within 30 days of first confirmation will be voided - no refund will be given.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and customizations all sales are final. We unfortunately do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations; however if there is damage or something wrong with the order please reach out via email to ivorycraftco@gmail.com and we can address the issue accordingly.
