Crafting and creating has and always will be my therapy, it lets my mnid run wild in all the best ways and has been my safe haven during hard times. This shirt idea was brought to me by a good friend and im so glad she did, mental health is more important than ever. We all need to stand together and let each other know its okay to not be okay,  but you are NEVER alone.
